"Even at 51, I came to a point in my life where the dynamics were changing, children moving away from home, and the prospects of a new love and relationship created in me a time of question. It was in that confusion that I came to see Chrissy as a counselor and mentor. I had many questions about how to see myself, and in viewing myself how to select those characteristics that were helpful and release those that were negative. Chrissy showed me, in her example as a woman and a healer, how to use the information I discovered about myself.
