EAGALA® Program

Full Circle Seminars offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine Assisted Growth and Learning (EAGAL) sessions using the programs and methods developed by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA®). Chrissy is a certified EAGALA® Equine Specialist and, with her partner Cathy Burns (LCSW) offers EAP and EAGAL sessions.

Shadow Work® Seminars

Personal Process Sessions with Chrissy

Personal Process Facilitation offers an opportunity for individuals to do their own personal work/process in a private sacred setting. As the facilitator, Chrissy is there to be your “soul tracker”, your guide and your greatest ally. Through a Personal Process Facilitation, you will…

  • Navigate through the recurring patterns in your life, that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways to move and shift them.
  • Explore your way through your psyche and unearth your own gold, gifts, and joy.
  • Fulfill your greatest desires, goals and dreams

Chrissy’s facilitation work is rooted in Shadow Work® and weaves in her experience with healing trauma, body-work, voice dialogue, and equine-assisted therapy.

Personal Process Sessions are 1.5 - 2 hours long; cost is $125/session.

Mentorship is also available through a series of facilitated phone calls with Chrissy.
Facilitated phone mentorship – each phone session is 1 hour long and is $75. Phone mentorship can be set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule.

Equine Assisted Personal Process Sessions with Chrissy

   Participants learn about themselves through relationship to the horse and by participating in activities with the horses (non-EAGALA model). After the activities, you will have time to process and discuss feelings, behaviors and patterns. Horse experience is not required. Equine assisted sessions: $90/hour.
